Citilink Facilitates Passenger Online Shopping on Aircraft

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta- Citilink Indonesia Airlines facilitates passengers to shop online both before, when and after the flight by holding a retail company online JD.ID.

Director of Citilink Indonesia Juliandra Nurtjahdjo said the new service to passengers is the first in Indonesia.

"This cooperation is expected to provide added value from every airline Citilink Indonesia," he said last weekend.

He added that the experience of shopping online in flight would be a unique experience that passengers can feel.

Citilink Indonesia passengers will receive special discount vouchers to shop at JD.ID if they purchase tickets at Citilink Indonesia's official website.

Not only that, consumers can also choose whether the product will be delivered directly to the house, taken at Citilink Indonesia outlets at the airport or given while in the cabin aircraft.

The form of cooperation offered will continue to grow. Various offers from before, when and after the flight (pre-flight, inflight, until post-flight experience) For a pre-flight experience, a special page containing a catalog of JD.ID's flagship products will be present on the JD.ID website and also Citilink Indonesia site where Citilink passengers can shop JD.ID products there.

"In the 'in-flight experience', passengers can shop JD.ID products in the in-flight catalog, passengers can also get the product at the airport when landing," he added.

As for post-flight, JD.ID and Citilink Indonesia offer various attractive benefits such as loyalty program, special airport lounge where consumers can shop JD.ID products and pick them up instantly.

"Customers can also exchange their JD Points with Supergreen Garuda Miles," he said.

In the same opportunity, President Director of JD. ID Zhang Li, said the cooperation with Citilink is a business breakthrough that can provide additional benefits for customers of both parties.
