INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - PT Sat Nusapersada Tbk (PTSN), the assembly and electronics industry, is preparing for the production of Nokia branded smartphones. Quoted from the information disclosure in IDXNet, Wednesday (6/9/2017), PTSN will soon start production of mobile phones known to come from Finland.
"This will potentially affect the price of the company's securities considering Nokia is the world's leading smartphone brand," said Abidin, President Director of PTSN.
According to Abidin, this production will have a positive impact on operational activities due to get a favorable order. There is no negative impact on the company's financial condition. Because the source of funds spent for production comes from internal cash that amount is not significant. Thus, the company does not need to borrow to the bank.
"Furthermore, the company will get additional revenue from the smartphone production and business continuity will be better, especially in the smartphone business," continued Abidin.
Until the first half of 2017, total assets of the company amounted to US $ 69.51 million with total current assets of US $ 31.70 million, and non-current assets of US $ 37.80 million. The company's short-term liabilities amount to US $ 15.53 million, and short-term liabilities of US $ 3.36 million. So the total liabilities are currently worth US $ 18.89 million, with equity of US $ 50.62 million.
In the first six months of this year, the company recorded revenues of US $ 36.74 million. This position increased slightly year-on-year (yoy) by US $ 35.06 million compared to the previous year.
