INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - The management of PT Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk (BBTN), or Bank BTN, intends to push the position of Bank BTN into the fifth largest bank in Indonesia. Currently, Bank BTN has become a large company and ranked 6th as the bank with the largest assets in Indonesia.

"Therefore, Bank BTN held a BTN SYNCgen event which aims to prepare its young generation to be able to compete to achieve the highest career in Bank BTN. Through the event, the performance of generations and young cadres are encouraged to make Bank BTN as the World Class Mortgage Bank, "said Maryono to media crew in Jakarta, Saturday (16/09/2017).

Maryono argued, the success obtained at this time is not expected to make all the Bank BTN people take pride and do not work hard anymore. Bank BTN still faces many challenges ahead.

In the next five years, so Maryono, the world of work gave rise to Skills Revolution, where every worker must recognize the importance of adjusting to rapid change in the workforce rather than linearly, but exponentially.

"To respond to these challenges, then we need technology innovation in order to be able to face the increasingly fierce competition in the future. Because the banks that do not innovate in technology will be left behind a new generation who love the role of digital banking or even Branchless Banking, "said Maryono.

Maryono explained, the use of banking technology is very important to accelerate the achievement of financial value as expected by the shareholders. Therefore, Bank BTN must provide extension services for customers and debtors by creating the banking products needed by Millennium Generation community in the future.
