Lebaran 2018, Pandaan-Malang Toll Can Be Used

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - PT Jasa Marga Tbk through its subsidiary, PT Jasamarga Pandaan Malang targets the Pandaan-Malang Toll Road project (37.62 km) to be functionally used during the Lebaran 2018 season.

According to Agus, this section has been highly awaited by the people of Malang and its surroundings because the access road Pandaan-Malang via the national road artery has been very solid.

"The duration of Surabaya-Malang on weekends and long holidays is about 5-6 hours, whereas if the Pandaan-Malang toll road has been operated for 1-1.5 hours," said Agus.

However, related to the project's land acquisition, Agus explained, the average has reached 78 percent of the five sections, especially for sections one, two and three as far as 30 km is 92 percent.

As for the four and five sections, said Agus, is relatively quite difficult because it enters the urban area and is targeted 100% complete until the end of this year.

"It is rather challenging in sections 4 and 5 so that the process of land acquisition varies, there is consignment to appeal therefore we still ask for the support of related parties," said Agus.

Agus added that the overall construction process reached 25.6 percent and bailout of land acquisition that has been absorbed Rp1, 3 trillion from the target Rp1, 9 trillion.
