INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta- Minister of Transportation Budi Karya Sumadi requested an online taxi and the official agreed on the draft regulations relating to special leases that have been strived to realize their equality.
"The state must be present because with some of the words (revision) it should be us to agree not to disagree Discussion in making this new regulation we create a mechanism that is 'clean and humble'," said Budi in his speech at the discussion of Peeling Polemic Regulation of Online Transport in Jakarta, Wednesday (25/10/2017)
Budi does not want the discussion and socialization have been agreed, but there is another demonstration in the future.
"I crave here okay but no longer boisterous in social media and demos. This is all for the consumer. If 'online' shouts the opposition, the consumer will get angry. So conventional do not say to be stepson," he said. He said the government seeks to realize the equivalence between an online taxi and official.
"What does this government do to equality and provide the same business opportunity of living so that all exist," he told media crews.
One of the concerns, according to him, is a matter of tariffs and stickers in the body of an online taxi vehicle.
He said the lower border tariff should be arranged so that there is no monopoly practice, while for stickers to protect private vehicle drivers as well as provide space to prevent odd-even rules for taxis online.
"I'm also said that this minister is happy with online until he is verbally abused, I also say that Conventional must change," he said.
He thinks an online taxi is an unavoidable inevitability and is expected with an official taxi to take care of that equality.
"Take care of that equality because of the part of justice we hold in. I also manage to be very careful if I overestimate it will be judged to reject one side," he said.
