"Most of the toilets that are provided in the public place for the size of adults. Now we also prepare small toilets specifically for toddlers," said General Manager of PT Angkasa Pura I International Airport I Gusti Ngurah Rai Yanus Suprayogi at the local airport in the area of Tuban, Badung regency , Friday (3/11/2017)
Yanus explained to the toilet room that passengers can find two toilets in one cubicle each of which is reserved for adult and toddler passengers.
Especially for toilets sit toddlers, airport managers complete with coir security.
Yanus added with the design of "family toilet" that the parents and children can be in one room and the process of supervision or supervision of toddlers can be more awake.
The new addition has received attention from the Indonesian Toilets Association (ATI) which assesses airport facilities.
"We as airport managers can evaluate and measure in real terms to the quality of services and facilities we provide," Yanus added.
Chairman of the Indonesian Toilet Association Naning Adiwoso expressed his admiration for the toilet design as a new breakthrough.
"This is the first in Indonesia there is an airport that prepared 'family toilet', meaning Angkasa Pura I understands the needs of passengers," said Naning.
The Toilet Association of Indonesia is an organization focused on hygiene and hygiene issues, not only toilets but also the environment with one of its work programs is to assess public toilets in Indonesia, both in terms of cleanliness, facilities, completeness of toilet equipment to toilet design.
