Fumasjaya Utama Divesty Of Three Lautan Luas Subsidiary

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - PT Fumasjaya Utama divested three subsidiaries of PT Lautan Luas Tbk (LTLS), PT Advance Stabilindo Industri, PT Lautan Jasaindo and PT Lautan Sulfamat Lestari.
According to the Director of Herman Santoso through the disclosure of IDX information on Monday (6/11/2017), on November 2, 2017, PT Fumasjaya Utama has secured 350 shares approval or 1% in PT Advance Stabilindo Industry to Jimmy Masrin.
On the same date, PT Fumasjaya Utama also pocketed an agreement to sell 15 shares or 0.94% in PT Lautan Jasaindo to Jimmy Masrin.
Furthermore, PT Fumasjaya Utama also secured approval to sell 110 shares or 1% in PT Lautan Sulfamat Lestari to Jimmy Masrin.
PT Advance Stabilindo Industry is domiciled in Bekasi, PT Lautan Jasaindo is domiciled in Tangerang, and PT Lautan Sulfamat is located in East Jakarta.
PT Fumasjaya Utama is a minority shareholder in three LTLS business entities. LTLS is a provider and distributor of chemical products for industry.
