Too Much Exported, The Quality Of Kopi Toraja Is Less Than Its Best

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - Indonesia, has the best variety of copies that are famous to international. One of them is the famous Toraja coffee local coffee that has a different taste with other coffees. Because of being the best, Toraja coffee too many are exported to various parts of the world.

Because too much Exported, it turns out Toraja coffee itself to be less quality or not as good as its quality compared to the exported. Disyon, as Owner of Toraja Coffee House (TCH) said, "If you look for the best, it can not be exported all, even for the exported is less, It turns out that circulating so far is not the best coffee," he said during Grand Opening Toraja COffee House, in Jakarta, Thursday (24/11/2017).

Disyon tells why he founded a coffee cafe that he wanted to introduce that Toraja coffee is worth selling without being mixed with other coffees. "When Mr. Jokowi supports coffee products, that's what made me to build this coffee cafe and there happens to be a company that wants to teach me about Toraja coffee," he said.

He also said that Toraja coffee is different from other coffee flavors. "According to me, Toraja coffee tastes tasty, sour and bitter taste balanced," he added.

Known, Toraja coffee has been well known in the world for centuries. In fact, in the 19th century, Toraja coffee became the talk of the elite parties of Batavia and became one of the trade commodities sent to Europe.

"Currently, already exported to various parts of the world such as, to America, Europe, Australia and Japan," said Disyon.
