Related to the constraints faced parking businessmen, Janti explained, so far CenterPark management considers there is no significant problem faced. About any taxation, CenterPark is a tax-abiding company.
However, he continued, a bit that still becomes obstacles is the difference in the amount of local tax revenue (PPD) applied to each region. A number of regions set higher PPDs than Jakarta.
"Jakarta is the region with the lowest level of PPD at 20%, while some regions set the figure up to 30%, while the company only applies parking rates ranging from Rp2.000 - 3.000," she said.
