INDUSTRY.co.id - Tangerang - In order to build public awareness on sustainability issues and how the role of the business world to overcome them, Unilever Indonesia organizes Sustainability Day event which aims to promote the way of life and sustainable business practices. The event featuring business figures and NGOs renowned for its sustainability issues as well as to commemorate the 17th anniversary of Yayasan Unilever Indonesia.

President Director of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk. Hemant Bakshi said that the existence of a business should not make the problem even bigger. Instead, the business world should be part of the solution. Business strategies and activities based on the principle of sustainability are very important in this regard.

To hundreds of students, press people, social media activists and other community elements, they share how their stakeholders contribute to address sustainability issues through their business strategies and activities.
