This Year PD Pasar Jaya Will Build Three People's Markets

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - Regional Owned Enterprises (BUMD), PD Pasar Jaya, targets the development of three people's markets realized in 2018. All three, namely Pasar Waru, Petojo Enclek and Gang Kancil.

President Director of PD Pasar Jaya, Arief Nasrudin, said that the three markets are inaugurated together with Sinar Market, Bidadari, Cawang Kavling and Pasar Karet Belakang (Karbela). However, because there are a number of development obstacles will be implemented in 2018.

"If Pasar Waru is already in the finalization stage of the design, if Pasar Petojo Enclek is still coordinated with Disparbud as it enters the cultural heritage," he said.

While Pasar Gang Kancil, Arief continued, his side is now in coordination with Regional Asset Management Agency (BPAD) of DKI Jakarta, because there are parties who claim to own the land.

"If the problem of status is completed, development can be implemented immediately," he said.
