Construction of the Ngawi-Kertosono Toll Reaches 99 Percent

INDUSTRY.co.id - Madiun - President Director of PT Ngawi Kertosono Jaya (NKJ) Iwan Moedyarno declared that the 49.8-kilometer Ngawi-Kertosono Toll Road which passes through three districts of Ngawi, Madiun and Nganjuk has reached 99 percent.
"The construction is already 99 percent targeted by the end of January," said Iwan Moedyarno to reporters during the Toll Road Festival (FJT) "Sundown Loop" at Toll Gate (GT) Madiun, Sawahan Sub-district, Madiun Regency, Saturday / 1/2017)
According to him, with the work that has reached 99 percent, the construction of the road body has finished everything.
"For the road is finished, the work is not enough to beautify and secure it," said Iwan further.
The lack of which has not been equipped in between, the installation of road markings, toll gates, toll roads, and completeness of traffic signs.
He added that since it has reached 99 percent of the work, it states ready if at any time the Ngawi-Kertosono Toll will be inaugurated by President Joko Widodo.
Meanwhile, Minister of Public Works and People's Housing Basuki Hadimuljono who also attended the event confirmed President Joko Widodo is scheduled to immediately inaugurate the Ngawi-Kertosono Toll Road.
"Immediately, it will be reported to President Jokowi and adjusted to his schedule for immediate inauguration," said Minister Basuki.
As is known, the Ngawi-Kertosono Toll Road is part of the Solo-Ngawi-Kertosono Toll which is part of the Trans Java Toll which must be completed until the end of this year. This Toll was built by PT Ngawi Kertosono Jaya (PT NKJ), as a subsidiary of PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk.
The total length of the Toll Road Ngawi-Kertosono 87.5 km and from this segment along 49.8 km is done by PT NKJ with investment value Rp3, 83 trillion for Mantingan, Ngawi-Wilangan, Nganjuk. While the rest of the Wilangan-Kertosono segment along the 37 kilometers done by the government.
"For the tariff, the plan is per kilometer is about Rp1,200-1,300 for group one, staying multiplied by a length of 49 kilometers," he said.
Meanwhile, the Toll Road Festival (FJT) "Sundown Loop" activity is aimed at introducing the 49.8 km toll road of Ngawi-Kertosono Toll Road to the community. In the event there are "fun bike", "loop cycling" and "fun walk" contests, people's entertainment stage, and closed with fireworks on Saturday night.
