INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - the Indonesian Franchise Association (AFI) in cooperation with Franchise Indonesia magazine again awarded the 'Franchise Top of Mind (TOM) 2017.
TOM 2017 is a prestigious award in the franchise industry and awarded to franchise brands that achieve the highest popularity in the minds of consumers and investors (top of Mind) based on annual survey results.
Anang Sukandar, Chairman of the Franchise Association of Indonesia (AFI), said that there are several advantages of franchise brand that won TOM, among others is easy to remember people so it is easy to be sold to consumers and investors.
"The brand that reaches TOM can also be a reference to be a brand recommended by others, people will remember that the brand is in their mind," said Anang during the awarding of the Top of Mind 2017 in Jakarta (23/1/2018).
Oleg therefore, Anang suggested for the winners of TOM 2017 to continue to maintain consistency in running a comprehensive marketing program.
"Must maintain the quality of products and services as well. Moreover, do a marketing program do not stop when the brand has TOM," he explained.
Meanwhile, General Director of Franchise Indonesia Magazine, Rofian Akbar revealed, in 2017 is the ninth year of TOM survey. The survey involved 459 respondents in 10 major cities in the country with the total category of franchise businesses surveyed close to 100 categories.
Rofian Akbar hopes franchise brands that won the TOM 2017 could further improve its brand performance in 2018. Given, in 2018 is predicted economic conditions will be better.
