Launch TokoPoints, Tokopedia Invite Toppers More Comfortable in Online Shopping

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta, Tokopedia launches TokoPoints, a customer loyalty program that enables Toppers to collect loyalty and points from every transaction made through the Tokopedia website and app.

Points can be redeemed with attractive reward coupons ranging from free shipping, cashback to electric pulses, data packets, and various other prizes. Meanwhile, through loyalty collection Toppers can also increase their account level in Tokopedia, so it can access a variety of special advantages.

Aldo Tjahjadi as Co-Head Marketplace Tokopedia says that TokoPoints is a form of Tokopedia's gratitude towards the loyalty of Tokopedia Toppers.

Aldo continued, through the program StorePoints, we also hope more people are encouraged to take advantage of ease and convenience of shopping through Tokopedia digital platform.

In addition to collecting points redeemable with reward coupons, TokoPoints also provides a loyalty membership status that enables Toppers to achieve different benefits at every level. This status is determined by the amount of loyalty collected.

Currently there are four levels of membership loyalty for Toppers, namely Classic, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The higher the membership status of Toppers, the higher the maximum number of coupons and nominally free ongkir and accumulated points that can be obtained.

For example, the maximum nominal ongkir for Classic Member and Silver Member is Rp 20.000 while for Gold Member and Platinum Member 1 for Rp 25.000. Especially for Gold Member and or above level, Toppers can also send coupons in Coupon Catalog to other Toppers.

Aldo explained that the system was deliberately enforced to make point collection and loyalty a more enjoyable experience for Toppers.

"That's exactly how fun it is, but of course, the more transactions done and the higher the membership loyalty, the greater the chance to earn more points," Aldo said.

Any Toppers with a verified account will automatically register into a StorePoints account, so there's no need to reactivate it into your StorePoints account. All Toppers are the first time to shop in Tokopedia also will directly get free coupon postage worth Rp20.000.

"Going forward, we will continue to develop our StorePoints program to provide the best service to Toppers, therefore we are open to those who want to cooperate with Tokopedia in presenting various rewards for Toppers," Aldo added.

In the meantime, Points and loyalty are available to Toppers who transact in Tokopedia both Marketplace, Official Store, and Digital Products. Toppers can redeem points from previous transactions into coupons displayed in Coupon Catalog for later use in your next transaction.

There are currently several reward coupons available for exchange by Toppers. Going forward, there will be more choice categories available to meet Toppers' diverse needs and wants.
