INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - Citilink Indonesia's airline expands the application of digital technology in all aspects of the corporation to accelerate profitability, cost efficiency and encourage better consumer loyalty.

Vice President of Citilink Information Technology Achmad Royhan said, as a low-cost carrier, the use of digital technology is absolutely done so that the benefits can be directly felt.

Microsoft's study says digital transformation in Indonesia will contribute US $ 22 billion in Gross Domestic Product up to 2021 and increase economic growth rate by 0.4% per year.

Meanwhile, President Director of Microsoft Indonesia Hars Izmee said Indonesia is already in a fast track digital transformation is correct and it will accelerate the growth of the company further.

"In the next 4 years predicted about 40% of Indonesia's GDP comes from digital products and services," he said.
