Currently, there are 120 Autobus Companies (POs) already operating in Pulogebang Terminal but only 20 POs are joining the self-made online ticketing system managed by the Land Transport Organization (Organda).

The MoC requested that the self-service ticketing system service be developed for faster service time and easier for prospective bus passengers.

In addition, in order to face the increasing flow of passengers on the homecoming 2018 or Idul Fitri 2018, it is expected that the system of online ticket purchase independently in the terminal Pulogebang already operate optimally.
