IIW 2018 Becomes a Golden Opportunity Demonstrate the Growth Capabilities of Indonesia Welding Industry

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - Organizing The 71st Annual Assembly & International Conference 2018 (IIW 2018) in Indonesia can not be separated from the efforts of welding professionals to show the Indonesian welding industry to the international world.

"We have enough human resources and technology in welding and we need to show it internationally. This will be an added value for Indonesian welding professionals in the eyes of the world, "said Edi Diarman Djasman, Executive Director of Indonesia Welding Society / Chairman IIW 2018 through an official statement received by INDUSTRY.co.id, Tuesday (6/3/2018).

Edi also became the initiator of the advancement of Indonesia as one of the candidates to host the IIW until then elected at IIW 2018.

IIW 2018 is also a golden opportunity for Indonesian welding industry players and government to learn from each other about the knowledge and the latest welding techniques in the world.

"We invite all stakeholders in welding fields from practitioners, academics, government and private to attend this event. The active participation of actors will be very useful for the development of qualified welding workers in Indonesia in the future, "said Edi.

The activities of the IIW 2018 Annual Meeting and International Conference will be attended by 59 IIW member countries with participants from within and abroad of approximately 1000 people.

To facilitate the participants, the committee stated that the prospective participants have been able to register to participate in this activity through the website https://iiw2018.com/registration/. Committee also provides special pricing for early applicants IIW 2018 to April 1, 2018.

"We invite all elements that move or are interested in welding field from companies, practitioners, academics, and students to follow IIW 2018 to share experiences and knowledge to develop Indonesian welding industry," said Edi.

The Indonesian Welding Association (API) is a venue for all workers and institutions and industries or companies dedicated to welding.

This nonprofit profession organization was established to develop Indonesian human resources in the field of competency-based welding. API aims to be an organization that is able to improve the competence of Indonesian welding and welding industry.
