Citilink Facilitates Instant Passenger Travel Insurance Claims

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta- Citilink Indonesia provides additional travel insurance services called "Super Shield" which can be claimed directly / instantly to provide protection for passengers.

President Director of Citilink Indonesia Juliandra Nurtjahjo in Jakarta, Monday (19/3/2018) said the additional service Super Shield is to provide protection for Citilink airline passengers both domestic and international travel routes from the risks that occurred in the trip.

"This is an additional 'insurance', customers may buy, it's okay. This Super shield has insurance packages and they can make a claim quickly," said Juliandra.

There is also Super Shield facility is the first travel insurance in Indnesia which provides instant claims for comfort and security from bad travel risk. This service is the business synergy of Pasarpolis.com, Simasnet Insurance and Citilink.

Through this latest innovation, every passenger of Citilink who performs Super Shield and flight delays will get a notification via SMS and e-mail containing a link for accounting that will receive flight delay compensation in less than five minutes.

On the same occasion, founder and CEO of PasarPolis Indonesia, Cleosent Randing, said that Super Shield is connected with Citilink connection in real time so that it can be identified quickly passengers who buy insurance and affected by flight delay.

"When consumers are delayed, before the boarding is automatically given SMS and email, just complete the data and then the funds are transferred directly into the account, no longer need to wait usually four to five weeks," said Cleo.

In the insurance package provided, Citilink passengers will be offered a protection package with premiums ranging from Rp25.000 for "one way trip" and Rp55.000 for "two way trip".

Citilink also provides convenience for passengers who want to add protection services "Super Shield" either through applications on mobile phones, Citilink Indonesia official site and travel agencies who have worked together.

Juliandra added this additional insurance service is one way for companies to increase the number of passengers by 30 percent from 12 million people last year to 15 million in the year. (Ant)
