INDUSTRY.co.id - Samarinda - The Provincial Government of East Kalimantan through technical institutions provides an easy way to attract investors as much as possible, namely by providing facilities Ease of Direct Investment Construction (KLIK) so that investors can run in parallel.

 

"The application of KLIK facility, the investor (company) can directly build the construction while taking care of the continued permit," said Head of East Kalimantan Provincial Office of Investment and Service of DMPT Diddy Rusdiansyah in Samarinda, Wednesday (02/08/2017)

 

CLICK is a central government program through BKPM to build synergetic licensing between the central and regional governments, a policy to simplify the licensing process required by the company before starting the construction process.

 

CLICK currently applied in East Kalimantan is intended for investors who want to develop business in the area of ​​integrated economic development and industrial area, such as Kariangau Industrial Area in Balikpapan City and Buluminung Industrial Estate in North Penajam Paser Regency.

 

The presence of KLIK facilities, Diddy continued, investors can directly build the project after obtaining an investment license or principal license, either from the central PTSP in BKPM or in the Regional PTSP.

 

This model can be done because in parallel, the company can administer Building Permit (IMB), Environmental Permit (UKL / UPL and Environmental Impact Management Analysis - Amdal), includes other implementation permits.

 

In the utilization of this CLIK facility, the land provided in Kariangau Industrial Area is 133.8 hectares, while in Buluminung Industrial Area is 2,721 hectares.

 

This industrial area for various economic development centers of various industries, will even become one of the downstream hilirisasi industry of various commodities such as coal processing, oil and gas, palm oil, rubber, food processing, fishery, coffee processing, and furniture industry.

 

He hopes that the KLIK facility will further enhance the spirit of all investment stakeholders to facilitate and improve the realization of investment, especially at the location of CLIK facility implementation.
