The Impact of Easy Permitting, Hong Kong Entrepreneurs Immediately Invest in North Sumatra

INDUSTRY.co.id - Medan- Hong Kong entrepreneurs are interested in investing in various fields, especially industrial sectors in North Sumatra and hope the provincial government supports by granting licensing facilities.
Chairman of the Hong Kong Business Delegation, Hui Po Yuet in Medan, Wednesday (21/3/2018) said Indonesia, where North Sumatra as one of its provinces is still a good area for investment.
"Before going to North Sumatra, business delegates consisting of various business entrepreneurs have visited Jakarta with the same aim of looking at business opportunities and meeting with government and entrepreneurs," said Hui Po Yuet.
He said that when meeting with North Sumatra Governor Erry Nuradi.
In Medan, the Hong Kong delegation has been reviewing the Medan Industrial Estate (KIM) to ascertain whether there are any areas for the construction or leasing of factories / offices.
"After talking with the government and seeing some industries and industrial areas in Jakarta and North Sumatra, Hong Kong entrepreneurs are interested in investing, especially in North Sumatra," said Hui Po Yuet.
President Director of KIM Trisilo Ari Setyawan said that KIM is ready to provide land for investors including from Hong Kong who are interested to invest in North Sumatra.
"If Hong Kong investors are willing to make an investment cluster / Hong Kong industry, KIM can prepare an area of about 20 hectares in KIM," he said.
According to Trisilo, KIM still has sufficient acreage for investor investment especially in KIM 5 area.
"KIM is also ready as a 'partner of solutions' to help ease investors' investments," he said.
North Sumatra Governor Erry Nuradi welcomes Hong Kong investors plan to invest in North Sumatra.
"The North Sumatera Provincial Government is continuously improving to make the investment easier because it realizes that to drive the economy needs big or big investment," he said. (Ant)
