Mukomuko Palm Rejuvenation Program Targeted More

INDUSTRY.co.id - Mukomuko - Mukomuko District Agricultural Office, Bengkulu Province stated that the proposed palm oil plantation area received a program of rejuvenation and replanting of unproductive oil palm plantations from the central government over a target of 3,000 hectares.
"There is a surplus area of oil palm plantations proposed to get a reforestation program of 200 hectares of coconut," said Kabid Plantation Department of Agriculture Mukomuko Budi Yanto, in Mukomuko, Monday (26/3/2018).
Mukomuko regency this year gets a rejuvenation of unproductive palm oil plantations on an area of 3,000 hectares.
He said the farmers in the area enthusiastically proposed their oil palm plantations to get the palm oil renewal program.
"Almost every day there are farmers who submit proposals for the rejuvenation of oil palm plantations," he said.
Therefore, the proposed area of oil palm plantations received a program of rejuvenation and replanting of oil palm plants unproductive from the central government in excess of the established targets.
He hopes that there will be additional candidates for the proposed palm oil plantation site.
"We hope there will be additional candidates for recipients of unproductive palm oil rejuvenation program," he said. (Ant)
