"The decline is due to the decline in exports, both in the oil and gas sector and non oil and gas," said BPS Head Suhariyanto at his office on Tuesday (15/05/2018).

He said the details of exports included oil and gas exports of US $ 1.19 billion, down 11.32 percent from March 2018. Meanwhile, non-oil and gas exports were recorded at US $ 13.28 billion, down 6.80 percent compared to March 2018.

"Cumulatively, the value of Indonesian exports from January to April 2018 reached US $ 58.74 billion, an increase of 8.77 percent compared to the same period in 2017," he said.
