INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta, PT Centrepark Citra Corpora, CenterPark parking business manager continues to grow its business. Eight more years of standing in Indonesia, the state subsidiary company to date has a portfolio of 280 parking locations throughout Indonesia.
President Director of PT Centrepark Citra Corpora, Charles Oentomo said the company will continue to widen the range of parking businesses to other cities.
"Not only office complexes, but also shopping centers, hospitals, public spaces, schools and apartments," Charles said after attending an iftar with the media in Jakarta (5/6/2018).
He added that the company is currently working on several new projects such as Gelora Bung Karno Complex (GBK) Senayan, Jakarta, Ciputra International Office and Ciputra International Apartment in Puri, West Jakarta, Sopo Del Tower in Kuningan, South Jakarta.
Furthermore, Kino Office Tower in Alam Sutera, Tangerang-Banten, Soekarno Hatta Airport Terminal 1,2,3 and Inap, Blimbingsari Banyuwangi Airport, APT Airport Pranoto Samarinda, Kualanamu Airport Medan, Sinarmas Land Office in Medan, North Sumatra, East Java Expo International in Surabaya, East Java and so forth.
According to Charles, the comfort level of the occupants and visitors of a building, whether residential, commercial or office can be measured from the parking area of the vehicle.
"Good parking layout and friendly service from parking operators in a building can make people even want to come or stay," he said.
Although most of the payment schemes used by CenterPark are still cash, the company fully supports non-government-backed non-governmental movements. One of them through the development of cashless society and manless system with payment automation.
This is done to adjust the era of all-digital, practical and efficient. While manpower will be maximized to serve consumers in the field directly, such as helping park the vehicle.
"Currently we are working with BCA Flash and E-Money Mandiri, and are in progress of integration with BNI and BRI. In the future, we will continue to make strategic approach with other banks to make more transactions possible, "explained Charles.
CenterPark was first established in Jakarta in November 2009. Currently, the total number of employees has reached 5,000 people with a 280 point parking location spread over more than 40 major cities in Indonesia.
"This year we are targeting to add 100 new parking lots," he concluded.
