Soekarno Hatta - Bekasi Airport Train Begins Operation

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - PT Railink has conducted trials of Soekarno Hatta Airport railway operations (BSH) for service extension to and from Bekasi, on Tuesday (19/6/2018).

The trial of the BSH KA operation to and from Bekasi applies to the general public and paid, starting on Tuesday 19 June 2018 with a schedule of operations in Bekasi outside the peak hours of the KRL Commuter Line Bekasi KRL train (above 09.00 wib until before 16.00 wib) .

The departure schedule from Bekasi Station (BKS) to Soekarno Hatta Airport, as follows:

a. At 10:05 (depart BKS) - 10:47 (BNI City Sudirman / BNC) - 11:24 (Batuceper / BPR) - 11:37 (arrived BST)
b. At 11:10 (departed BKS) - 11:47 (BNC) - 12:24 (BPR) - 12:37 (arrived BST)
c. At 13:13 (depart BKS) - 13:47 (BNC) - 14:24 (BPR) - 14:37 (arrived BST)
d. At 14:11 (departs BKS) - 14:47 (BNC) - 15:24 (BPR) - 15:37 (arrived BST)

Meanwhile, the departure schedule from Soekarno Hatta Airport Station (BST) to Bekasi Station is:

a. At 07:50 (departs BST) - 08:02 (BPR) - 08:36 (BNC) - 09:20 (arrived BKS)
b. At 08.50 (departing BST) - 09.02 (BPR) - 09.36 (BNC) - 10.15 (arrived BKS)
c. At 10.50 (departs BST) - 11.02 (BPR) - 11.36 (BNC) - 12.10 (arrived BKS)
d. At 11.50 (departing BST) - 12.02 (BPR) - 12.36 (BNC) - 13.15 (arrived BKS)

The normal rate of Soekarno Hatta Airport railway, namely BKS-BNC Rp 35.000, BKS-BPR Rp70.000, BKS-BST Rp100.000.

Meanwhile, the tariff during the trial operation is valid from 19 June 2018 to the end of June 2018, is BKS-SDB Rp35.000, BKS-BPR Rp70.000, BKS-BST Rp70.000 (promo rate)

Railink Management said that the KAI airport ticket of Bekasi relation can be purchased starting from 19th of June 2018 through vending machine located at south entrance of Bekasi Station and internet booking, and mobile passenger application which already available in playstore, iOS and railink.co.id official website.

"Our hope, the extension of KH BSH services to Bekasi can provide benefits for the public, and can add public transportation options for Bekasi and long-distance rail passengers from the east that transit at Bekasi Station in accessing Soekarno Hatta Airport," said the management. (Imq)
