Warehousing Sector Still Potential, KIJA Will Launch Bizpark Stage II

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - PT Kawasan Industri Jababeka Tbk (KIJA) continues to expand in the warehousing sector. KIJA saw the market prospects in this business is still good because the demand is still coming. The eastern region of Jakarta is increasingly in demand of investors in the development of increasing transport infrastructure in the region.
In this month Jababeka plans to launch 20 Units of Warehouse in Bizpark stage II At Cikarang , West Java. Bizpark Jababeka phase I which was released since the third quarter of last year as many as 24 units has been sold almost entirely.
"Phase I is well received by the market and the demand is still large, the concept we are developing is indeed still in demand by SMEs because it can be used as well as a dwelling." Director of Jababeka Sutedja Darmono said on Saturday (08/12/2017).
BizPark Jababeka phase I, which launched its third quarter market last year, contained 24 units of warehouses. While BizPark Jababeka stage II contains 20 units of warehouse.
However, the selling price of the BizPark Jababeka warehouse unit in phase II will increase by 10-15 percent compared to the selling price of the first phase unit. The selling price of BizPark Jababeka warehouse stage I is Rp 1.9 billion per unit. One warehouse unit is 153 square meters (m) while the land area is 180 m.
In addition to BizPark Jababeka stage II, Jababeka prepares the development of warehousing with a new concept. Call it logistics warehousing, Levelling Warehouse, and warehousing with Japanese concept. However, the company coded KIJA shares in the Indonesia Stock Exchange has not been willing to describe the details of the plan.
Until the first half of 2017, Jababeka scored revenue and sales of Rp 1.62 trillion or grew 19.12% compared to the first half of 2016.
