Development of Notohadinegoro Airport Jember Will Be Completed By December 2017

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jember - Jember Regent, dr. Hj. Faida, MMR said the master plan for the development of Notohadinegoro Airport in Jember Regency, East Java, will be completed in December 2017.

"The Masterplan will be completed in December following all the changes, compensating the decision of our President," Faida said after meeting with Minister of Transportation Budi Karya Sumadi and Chairman of DPRD Jember Thoif Zamroni at Notohadinegoro Airport on Sunday (08/20/2017).

Previously, President Joko Widodo stated that the runway of Notohadinegoro Airport will be extended next year. "It will be ready, it will start in 2018. To support this, Faida will create an annual event to boost tourist visits, following the development of Notohadinegoro Airport. Faida said the airport development would be financed by state budget revenues. Jember District Government will disburse the regional expenditure budget for the construction of hajj dormitories related to the interests of embarkation between.
