INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - The commitment of the government in promoting and declaring the welfare of the people has become a political promise of President Joko Widodo delivered in a speech delivering the government's statement on the Bill on State Budget for Fiscal Year 2018 along with the financial note.

It is the government's priority in 2017 and beyond. But in its implementation can not be implemented maximally by the aides of the president. For example, the budget at the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs that intersect directly on the sector, it is very minimal.

This was said by Politician of National Mandate Party (PAN) Teguh Juwarno in a press release last weekend. "There is a gap, how these presidential aides are translating the president's vision. We at Commission VI are very concerned about seeing such conditions, "said Chairman of Commission VI of the House of Representatives (DPR) RI.

Teguh continued, this is very ironic. The president's political commitment to promote the small business sector that will drive the microeconomics and state the development, is not then translated by the ministry as the spearhead.

"The ministry that encourages the advancement of cooperatives and SMEs does not get adequate budgetary budgetary support, the budget is very small," he said.

Furthermore, Teguh, want the budget and program of the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs can be more advanced so as to accelerate the progress and equity of the people's welfare. This is consistent with the purpose of the cooperative is the backbone of the economy. However, it appears the discourse of the establishment of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in the village.

"The backbone of our economy is a cooperative, why not just another cooperative that is turned on.We have always agreed the business activities of the people as the backbone of the economy," he concluded.
