Is there a specific business strategy undertaken by Jababeka Group? Given the current start of busy business entities who are interested in entering into business development area, including industrial area?

Regional development is very difficult because it is long-term, full of risk and capital intensive. For that partnership to be very important, starting from 21 shareholders 25 years ago, the form of business jababeka is a form of mutual cooperation or arisan. Until now still so much less as a public company, its shareholders tens of thousands of people.

How do you see current infrastructure development conditions?

Very promising, almost all areas of shortage of supply, so that dare to take this opportunity must be profitable, as long as partnered with experienced.

Which is the most urgent infrastructure built for the new region?

Access the toll roads, railways, power plants and networks, air and ground ports, raw water reservoirs, and gas pipelines.

What business sectors are involved by Jababeka Group?

We have 3 development pillars: 1. Land development, 2. Infrastructure, 3. Hospitality and leisure.

What philosophy do you hold in the lead?

The philosophy of giving back is because I feel endowed with so many conveniences in my life. Lead must be fearful of gods, lovers who are led, work hard.

Leading that gift of nature and my lead ability comes from parental education and meet and be taught by great people.
