Minister Puspayoga: Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs Provide Training for Pondok Pesantren

INDUSTRY.co.id - Sukabumi - Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs immediately provide training for students of Pondok Pesantren (Ponpes) Al Masthuriyah in Sukabumi, West Java. Training includes entrepreneurship and cooperative management.

This was conveyed by Minister of Cooperatives and SME Puspayoga after a visit to the Pondok Pesantren (Ponpes) Al Masthuriyah in Sukabumi, West Java, Friday night (25/8). Minister Puspayoga directly received the leadership of Ponpes KH Abdul Aziz Masturo and all levels of Ponpes board.

During the warm meeting, the Minister got an explanation about the activities of the santri in Ponpes, including in the cooperative.

"From my talks with Pak Kyai, Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs will provide training for santri at Al Masthuriyah Ponpes, we will develop and revive Al Masthuriyah Ponpes Cooperative," said Puspayoga.

The Minister is targeting the training immediately before Idul Adha. For that, continued Puspayoga, he has given direct instruction to his staff, especially the Deputy of Human Resource Development to immediately plunge into the field to detail the training plan details.

"For example, there are other types of training needed in addition to cooperative and entrepreneurial management, it depends on the team meeting from the Ministry of Cooperatives SME with the Ponpes Al Masthuriyah," said Minister Puspayoga.

Ponpes Al Masthuriyah stood since 1920, has 2700 santriwan and santriwati. In addition to teaching and learning about Islam, santri get training catfish farming. Cibaraja area Sukabumi is a center of catfish culture.
