Agung Podomoro Encourages Transformation of Medan City as a Business City

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - The high interest of the people to buy property in Medan City has been increasing in recent years. This then makes many property developers vying to offer various products to the public, whether in Medan or from outside the city of Medan itself.

PCDM, Matthew added, will help drive the transformation of Medan City as a business city with international class infrastructure facilities. Not only that, the existence of PCDM not only helps Medan business activities, but also can add contribution to local revenue in the form of tax and retribution Medan City.

The presence of PCDM also provides a multiplier effect for the regional economy, such as the absorption of large workforce and other economic activities.

"It is our commitment that the presence of PT Agung Podomoro Land in every development site must have great benefits and it should be beneficial to the regional economy," said Matthew.
