TelkomGroup Official Acquisition of Bosnet Shares Distribution Indonesia

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk (TLKM) through its subsidiary, PT Sigma Cipta Caraka (Telkom Sigma), officially acquired PT Bosnet Distribution Indonesia (BOSNET).

President Director of Telkom Sigma Judi Achmadi said the corporate action aims to strengthen TelkomGroup's position in the business logistics ecosystem industry.

"BOSNET is one of the organizers of Information & Communication Technology (ICT) solution distribution system for Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) market in Indonesia," said Judi in Jakarta, Thursday (23/11/2017).

As a digital telecommunication company providing a variety of integrated ICT solutions, this strategic move is expected to support TelkomGroup's vision to become the King of Digital in the Region.

"The purchase of the majority of BOSNET shares is expected to encourage the development of TelkomGroup's e-logistics and e-commerce business portfolio," he said.
