Minister of Industry Invite Young Generation to Understand Digital Language

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta, the Ministry of Industry (Kemenperin) continues to cultivate new industrial entrepreneurs in the country with the utilization of the development of digital technology.
Moreover, the young generation in Indonesia is a large number of potentials and opportunities that need to be developed.
"The era of digital economy as it is today is a real and concrete form of economic mutual cooperation," said Minister of Industry Airlangga Hartarto in Jakarta (11/1/2018).
He said, through e-commerce people gathered with their respective products to achieve profit.
"With the breakthrough of digital technology innovation, the cost of intermediation could be zero," he explained.
The minister also asked the young generation of Indonesia should be able to mingle in digital language "Minimal mastering three things, namely English, statistics, and coding. This can be learned in six months. We believe, Indonesia is ready to be a solution in digital economy," he said.
At the end of January, the Minister of Industry will be invited to speak at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.
"I will convey about the roadmap and implementation of Industry 4.0 in Indonesia, as well as the development of the digital economy in Indonesia and our readiness to become a global player today," he said.
According to him, New future production in Indonesia there are two types, namely e-commerce that is market to market and Industry 4.0 which is the nature of industrial products.
"For the latter, we have our pilot industry, the automotive industry, food and beverage, and electronics, and we have the opportunity to become champion in Asia, with our potential like a large number of smartphones and college markets."
