SMSI Follows up Registration to Press Council

INDUSTRY.co.id - Siber Indonesia Media Union (SMSI) again follows up SMSI registration as Constituent Press Council. The previous SMSI registration was made on September 08, 2017, with a list of stewardship in 26 Provinces and 265 members of Siber media companies.

On this second occasion, the SMSI group re-enrolled 72 members of Media Siber Company as a member of SMSI.

The appointment was chaired by the Chairman of SMSI Pusat, Auri Jaya (Director of JPNN-red) accompanied by Secretary General Firdaus (Terrace Group), along with secretariate entourage and Erlan Treasurer SMSI Bengkulu Province, Taufik Hidayat and Yadi SMSI Banten.

The delegation was received directly by Hendri Ch Bangun, Deputy Head of Data Sector accompanied by Rita Sitorus, Head of Data and Media Verification Division at Secretariat of Press Council Building Lt. 8 Jl. Kebon Sirih No. 34-35.

On the occasion, Auri Jaya Chairman of SMSI Center said, it again follows up the previous SMSI registration.

"Currently all members of SMSI have been registered to the Press Council, 337 companies spread across 27 Provinces," he said.

 "This registration is a follow up of the priority of the SMSI program mandated by National Congress on July 26-27 in Surabaya, East Java Province and Rapimnas 10-12 October 2017 in Bangka Belitung province," Auri added.

We, continued Auri, will continue to encourage comrades in the region to build companies that are specialized for the media and complete all requirements as a company.

Meanwhile, Hendri Ch Bangun, representing the Press Council requested, SMSI not only registers its administrative organization, but also must be verified factually.

"Later, we take samples from various regions, West Indonesia, Central Indonesia and East Indonesia, so we ask SMSI officials in the regions to show off their offices where the centers are active," Hendri concluded.

In the same place, Rita Sitorus, conveyed, from Tuesday to Wednesday (19-20 / 3), it will complete the verification of SMSI files.

"We ask all SMSI in Indonesia to include a clear and complete address, so we can immediately do factualize the organization," he said.

For that, continued Rita, we ask the board to send data base of all administrators and complete office address throughout Indonesia.
