Minister of Transportation Budi Makes Sure Preparation of Upstream is Good Enough

INDUSTRY.co.id - Cirebon - Minister of Transportation (Mebhub) Budi Karya Sumadi said that the preparation of Lebaran 2018 is good enough and it has coordinated with related ministries and also the security.

"Preparing mudik alhamdulillah is good enough, I have coordinated with the ministers and the Chief of Police," said Budi in Cirebon, West Java, Sunday (20/5 / 2018_, after giving a Public Lecture at the University of Swadaya Gunung Jati.

Budi said the preparation of going home like road facilities, both toll and national road has been prepared quite good.

Just like the current toll road from Jakarta to Surabaya can be passed by vehicles, although there are still some that are functionalized during the homecoming flow.

"For toll roads from Jakarta to Surabaya are already good and can run and only a few are using functional roads," he said.

"In addition to toll roads, there is also a national road that we have a very good check," he continued.

Budi also appealed to people who want to travel back and forth, must pay attention to the vehicle as well, in order to survive to the destination.

"I recommend for those who want to go home Lebaran should pay attention to the vehicle must be ready," he said.

In addition, there should also be checking vehicles such as buses, public transportation, trucks and other vehicles, especially the vital ones, such as brakes, tires, horns, mirrors and safety-related.
