INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - Asludin Hatjani, defense attorney for Aman Rahman's terrorism case, said that his side will not appeal against the verdict of death sentence handed down by the South Jakarta District Court judge against his client.
"As a lawyer requested by Ustaz Aman not to appeal, the family (Aman) himself only conveyed that the death was already determined by Allah SWT," Asludin said in a short message to Antara in Jakarta, Friday (29/6/2018)
Meanwhile, the prosecutor is currently waiting for a copy of the decision from the South Jakarta District Court. If the verdict already has permanent legal force, execution can be executed immediately.
