INDUSTRY.co.id - Surabaya- The Suncity Residence Apartment developer in Sidoarjo, East Java, claims that their apartment sales have reached 40 percent of the approximately 1,380 units in tower A.

Marketing Advisor Manager of Suncity Residence Apartment, Marisa Ris, Wednesday (08/08/2018), said that it was scheduled to end in August "Ground Breaking".

"We chose Sidoarjo because Surabaya was too full and many Sidoarjo residents were workers in Surabaya, so we considered that Sidoarjo also had quite good potential," he said in Surabaya.

He said, for the transactions that took place this year there would be handover in 2021.

"For tower A, it will be built with 31 floors where 3 floors will be used as parking lots and the remaining 27 floors as residential. There are several types built this time, including studio, superior, deluxe, executive and luxury with starting prices. "Of the Rp. 300 million that can be paid in installments according to ability," he said as reported by Antara.

He said, this apartment has also been integrated with several existing facilities such as shopping centers, swimming pools, hotels and also several other facilities.

"We also offer a playground, 'jogging track', 'library', and also some other supporting facilities," he said

He explained, his party also targeted the existing industrial segments in Sidoarjo Regency, considering that currently the number of industries in Sidoarjo had reached around 35 thousand, "he said.

"Those who work in the industrial sector need integrated housing with several facilities, including shopping and sports venues," he said.
