Bukopin Syariah Improves Assets Quality

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta, In October 2017, PT Bank Bukopin Tbk is adding capital to its sharia subsidiary business. The amount of capital injection to Bank Syariah Bukopin is Rp 100 billion.
This capital injection said Glen Glenardi, President Director of PT Bank Bukopin Tbk, to improve the performance of Bank Syariah Bukopin because the prospects of sharia business are still quite good.
"With this additional capital, Bank Bukopin has 92.7% stake in Bank Syariah Bukopin, Glen said in a statement to Industry.co.id some time ago.
According to Glen, the additional capital will be used by Bank Syariah Bukopin to differentiate the market. In addition, banks will also use this fund injection to improve asset quality.
Banks will also use these funds to expand and improve human resources as an illustration, after the injection of banks into the category of BOOK II with core capital of Rp 1.05 trillion.
Bank Syariah Bukopin (BSB) in recent years is very keen in doing strategic steps to encourage the growth of sharia banking in Indonesia.

Bank Syariah Bukopin Surabaya Branch signed MOU with Universitas Trunojoyo Madura (UTM), conducted by BSB Branch Manager Surabaya, Trisna Surjatri with Shofiyun Nahidloh S.Ag., MHI as Dean of Faculty of Islam.
The signing is aimed at enhancing cooperation between the Parties on an ongoing basis in providing educational (in class) teaching to Islamic faculty students about syariah banking, while also accepting apprentice students annually at Bank Syariah Bukopin Surabaya Branch.
In ISEF 2017, BSB opened a booth and offered attractive programs to visitors with targeted target is a new account or client in the opening of savings until financing transactions. BSB also offers Savings iB SiAga savings products.
