INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - PT Kawasan Industri Jababeka Tbk (KIJA) as residential and industrial developer is developing the Special Economic Zone (KEK) of Morotai in North Maluku. To build all these integrated areas, KIJA invites interested investors, potentially Morotai is a very potential area. It is even possible to build an international class airport.

"Investment there must be busy do not think luck but looking for entertainment and to help the crowds," said Chairman Jababeka Group S.Darmono in Menara Batavia, Wednesday (6/6/2018).

He said he currently sees investors still hesitant to engage in investment in Morotai because some government policies are considered ambiguous. Although the government provides support for the development of this area, it is still normative and still needs extra work together to make Morotai a city like Singapore.

"I am again collecting a consortium, if there are about 20 top Indonesian entrepreneurs who want to join me, each willing to spend 10 million dollars, times 20 people already already 100 million dollars, with that I've been able to make a 5 star hotel ( in Morotai), "said Darmono

He acknowledged the current development of the area in Morotai as if the road in place. But if there is a strong commitment together with the government, Darmono is optimistic this area will grow rapidly.

Prior to that, Darmono assured all parties, especially local governments to continue to improve their human resources. The reason for the advent of the development of the region depends on the quality of human resources (human resources). All parties must harmonize for the construction of the Morotai area.

"Morotai made 7 Years ago, now there is a hotel, already famous everywhere but still less then I say eat time, but we can not give up because while sailing can while waking the ship," he described.
