INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - The Jakarta Composite Stock Price Index (IDX) closed up 0.17% or 9 points to 5,868 in the first trading session on Tuesday (26/06/2018) compared to the previous day's trading at 5,859.
During the first session of trading today, JCI moved in the range of 5,820-5,876. A total of 129 stocks rose, 252 shares fell, 105 stagnant shares and 153 shares were not traded.
Total trading value across all BEI market segments reached Rp3.45 trillion. It consists of trading value in the Regular Market worth Rp2.69 trillion, Negotiated Market at IDR752.29 billion and in Cash Market worth Rp383.55 million.
Total volume of transactions recorded as much 46.6 million lots of shares, the result of 228,227 times the transaction. Foreign investors booked net sales of Rp211.10 billion with net sales of 1.38 million lots.
Four of the nine indexes of BEI gained. The index of consumer sector experienced the highest increase, which was 1.22% or 29.22 points to 2,432 positions. This was followed by index of miscellaneous industry sector and mining sector index which rose by 1.13% and 0.74% respectively.
LQ45 stocks that experienced price increases and became top gainers were AKRA whose price rose 3.97% or Rp170 to Rp4,450 per unit, HMSP price increased 3.92% or Rp140 to Rp3.710 per unit and INDY price lifted 1.98% or Rp70 to Rp3,610 per unit.
As for the stocks: LQ45 which became the top losers is the EARTH whose price shrank 4.24% or Rp10 to Rp226 per unit, INCO whose price was cut by 3.6% or Rp150 to Rp4.020 per unit and WSKT whose price decreased 2.39 % or Rp50 to Rp2.040 per unit. (Abraham Sihombing)
