INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - PT Terregra Asia Energy (TGRA) TGRA's fair price in the next 12 months will be at the level of Rp. 1,380. There is still a potential increase in TGRA's share price by 42.77% from the current price at the level of IDR 790.
"We see TGRA's stock price in 2018 can be above the level of Rp. 1,000, - if the EPS can grow 150% from EPS in 2017," said Analyst Narada Aset Manajemen Kiswoyo Adi Joedi Jakarta, Friday (08/24/2018)
This price, he said, assuming the TGRA ROE we predicted at the end of 2018 was 0%, TGRA 1's stock beta, Risk Free Return of 5.50%, TGRA's highest PE 25x, and the EPS growth of TGRA for 2018 by 150%.
He said, maximize value to shareholders. Starting in 2018, the TGRA solar power plant located in the Bali Water Boom began to operate fully. And in 2019 the TGRA hydroelectric power project in Medan and the TGRA solar power plant in South Australia will be fully operational.
And every year, he continued, TGRA will have green energy power generation projects that are operational, so we believe that for the next 5 years TGRA's net profit growth could grow by 150% per year. TGRA's green energy power generation business has a large profit margin of at least 50%.
"So in the future the TGRA green energy power plant business will generate substantial profits for TGRA in a stable and sustainable manner," he said.
