Ease of Distribution of Subsidized Fertilizer, Kujang Farmers Appeal to Farmers Immediately Enroll in Farmer Group

INDUSTRY.co.id - Karawang - To facilitate the distribution of subsidized fertilizer PT Pupuk Kujang appealed to farmers immediately register at farmer groups in their respective regions.

Corporate Communications Manager of PT Pupuk Kujang Ade Cahya Kurniawan said the appeal was submitted so that the allocation of subsidized fertilizer really match the actual amount of demand.

"We also remind the farmers to be registered with the local agriculture department, which is related to the allocation of fertilizer needs," said Ade in Karawang, West Java, Monday (9/11/2017).

If in the field found the distribution of subsidized fertilizers that are not in accordance with the allocation, the community or farmers can immediately report to the Fertilizer and Pestisids Supervisory Commission (KP3) in the area.

Currently, PT Pupuk Kujang is preparing the allocation of subsidized fertilizer to meet the needs of farmers in the main growing season or rendeng season.

Ade states, in general stock of subsidized urea fertilizer is certainly safe. In early September, subsidized urea fertilizers stored in second-line warehouse manufacturers and III line distributor warehouses reached 160,000 tons.

The amount of urea fertilizer stock is not only meet the needs of the next two weeks, but able to meet the needs of up to two months ahead.

In addition, the stock of fertilizers will also continue to grow from the production of two factories with a capacity of 3,500 tons per day. Therefore, the farmers are expected not to worry in entering this rendeng planting season.
