INDUSTRY.co.id - Japan - Welcoming Halloween celebrations in various countries, Japan has something unique. Known for its sushinya, this Japanese restaurant presents a Halloween themed menu. Kurazushi restaurant will present a menu themed 'Ghoulishly' featuring two mainstay menu and two desserts.
Quoted from rocketnews24, Wednesday (27/09/2017), the menu is named Ghost Black Curry derived from squid ink material gives black color on the curry. This dish is served with sushi rice doused with purple special mayonnaise derived from purple cabbage vegetables.
The combination of spicy curry, vinegared rice, savory mayonnaise and sweet candy will surely be an exciting flavor experience for anyone who dares to try it and at a price of Rp 47 thousand can taste this culinary.
In addition, there are also other menus, namely by using special purple-cabbage specialties again, Witch Shrimp and Mayo is a plate of hot and crispy shrimp tempura with a very colorful mayo.
For the Halloween themed desserts are the Witch Gums. This food is served with colored milk ice cream with bamboo charcoal, and it is decorated with eight chewy marshmallows to give a tooth-like effect and then there are sweet peanuts that resemble raspberry sauce doused with bloody effects.
Then Eyeball, a piece of chocolate in a jelly of milk-scented strawberries served like an eye. If the Eyeball is cut off, it will have a blood-like effect coming out of the chocolate. KuraZushi Restaurant will open on 13 October and 31 October 2017.
