Sillo Maritime Perdana Selling Ships Worth Rp16,795 Billion At GHS Maritime Indonesia

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - PT Sillo Maritime Perdana Tbk (SHIP) sold the vessel to PT GHS Maritime Indonesia (GHS) worth Rp16,795 billion on September 27, 2017.
Quoting information disclosure on BEI, Thursday (28/9/2917), both parties agreed on the transaction payment scheme with initial payment of Rp1.25 billion maximum of two working days after the agreement.
Meanwhile, payment for this transaction amounting to Rp15,545 billion was made at the signing of AJB.
The transaction value is equivalent to US $ 1,250,000 when using the middle rate of BI as of December 31, 2016 amounting to Rp13,436 per US $. The Company said the transaction is only 2.53% of the company's equity as of December 31, 2016.
Currently the vessel is being leased to Petrochina International Jabung Ltd. GHS agreed to lease the vessel to the company. For lease transactions are transactions or business activities of the company in the field of shipping business.
The Company and PT GHS have the same shareholder, PT GoldenHeaven Prima Investama (GPI). PT GPI owns 40% shares of PT SHIP. While PT GPI owns PT GHS shares of 99%. However, there is no similar relationship between the company and PT GHS.
Sillo Maritime's business activities are voyages of upstream oil and gas industry with 8 vessels, namely CNOOC 114, Ina Waka, Ina Sela, Ina Permata 1, Ina Permata 2, Ina Latu, Laksmini and Ina Tuni.
