INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - PT M Cash Integration Tbk (MCAS) recorded a net profit of Rp45.1 billion in the first half of 2018, or jumped 11.7 times compared to the actual net profit per June 2017 of Rp3.8 billion.

According to the management's written report on Friday (27/07/2018), the surge was supported by strong revenue growth of 287.5% to Rp1.80 trillion in the first half of 2018 compared to the same period in 2017 of Rp465 billion.

Meanwhile, the total asset value of the company as of June 30, 2018 was recorded at Rp727 billion or 27.9% higher than the total asset up to June 20, 2017 of Rp568 billion. Rp109 billion of the asset's value is in the form of cash money.

The company is currently expanding its distribution network aggressively and executing its investment strategy. It can be seen from the growth of the number of kiosks doubled to 1,700 kiosks by June 2018 compared to the end of December 2017 as many as 809 kiosks.

Meanwhile, digital agents are increasing from 27,000 agents by the end of 2017 to as many as 36,000 agents by 30 June 2018. The average number of transactions in June 2018 was 340,000 transactions per day compared to March 2018 of 202,000 transactions per day. The highest average transaction of the company reached 331,000 transactions per day.

This year, the company will change its business strategy through a more comprehensive approach. The Company enlarges its distribution network and initiates a synergistic strategic approach with all business portfolios within a distribution ecosystem currently under development. (Abraham Sihombing)
