INDUSTRY.co.id - President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo checked commodities’ prices during his visit to East Batuphat Market in Lhokseumawe city, Aceh province, on Friday (02/10).
Arriving at 08.45 Western Indonesian Time, President Jokowi greeted the sellers at the market and was enthusiastically welcomed by the people at the market, from sellers to children. Not only did the President check the prices, he also bought some commodities.
In addition, President Jokowi also handed over some aids, such as cash money and staple foods to the sellers and the people at the market.
The President also greeted some children and gave them writing books as well as gave a bycycle to a young man who requested it for answering his question. They said that they were all so happy.
