INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - Fast food outlets, PT Rekso Nasional Food are looking for 3,000 new employees to be placed in McDonald's outlets.
This is done along with the growth of new outlets and expansion into other cities that create new jobs. Through McDonald's Hiring Day, the restaurant company will be looking for a new workforce on a large scale. This program will run from 9 April 2018 to 44 McDonalds outlets across Indonesia.
Rekso National Food's Director of Human Resources, Yulianti Hadena said the program could open opportunities for job seekers. In addition, the program is also expected to improve the human resources of Indonesia.
"Providing employment supported by training to achieve competence in line with company standards, establishing positive and independent behaviors, enhancing insight, and shaping the spirit of entrepreunership by adopting the McDonald's system," said Yulianti recently.
To follow the terms of the program, applicants for both men and women must be 18-27 years old and have a minimum of high school / vocational education and have an interest in restaurant and hospitality business.
Starting April 9, 2018, potential candidates can bring the latest CV to 44 McD outlets. There are 34 point outlets in Java Island, three in Sumatra, two in Kalimantan, two in Sulawesi, two in Bali, and one in NTB implementing this program.
Later qualified applicants will be through an interview and on the job evaluation (OJE) for one day.
"One of our goals in this program is to meet the needs of restaurant employees in the coming Ramadan," he said.
All positions opened in this program are placed for restaurant operations or tailored to the needs of outlets.
This selection process will be conducted for one to two weeks until the announcement will be made by each restaurant.
