Dozens of New Investors Enter Kendal Industrial Park
INDUSTRY.co.id - As the developer and manager of Kendal Industrial Park (KIK), PT Jababeka Tbk claimed there are 20 new investors who will invest in (KIK) Central Java.
"There are currently 20 new investors investing in Kendal Industrial Park. The investors are from Singapore, China and Japan and are engaged in furniture and motor vehicle spare parts, "said Business Development Director of PT Jababeka Tbk, Hyanto Wihadhi in Kendal Industrial Park, Central Java, on Friday (24/6/2016).
Hyanto said, it is currently not yet launching Kendal Industrial Park of Central Java. Currently, it is still pre-marketing and is expected to launch this year.
According to Hyanto, in 2016, KIK prepare a land of about 120 hectares and has built infrastructure such as logistics distribution, sewerage, and electricity network.
All infrastructure that supports the smoothness of the industry has been prepared by KIK so that investors who come only to build the factory.
"it means that , if there are investors coming, they just buy the land, take care of permits, and do the development," said Hyanto.
To facilitate investors entering KIK, KIK is currently in the first batch for the Direct Construction Permit (KLIK) program and the 3 Hour Investment Permit Service from the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM).
"Through the program, it will be easier for investors who want to invest in Kendal.His hope with this, the workforce will be absorbed in Kendal will be more and more," said Hyanto.
As a matter of fact, the Minister of Industry declares that KIK is a priority industry area. KIK became one of the priority areas.
"In addition to 14 Industrial Parks outside of Java, there are two that have entered the priority, one of them are Kendal and Gresik," said Minister of Industry Saleh Husin
