INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta, Association of Employers KAHMI (Hipka) assess the need for strengthening competitiveness of entrepreneurs in the digital era today. Competitiveness is required to be more competitive in winning the competition.

The Advisory Board of Kahmi Business Entrepreneurs (Hipka), Soetrisno Bachir, said that Hipka entrepreneurs must be able to adapt in the current era of digitalization. In addition, as well as changing the mindset to be more advanced again. In addition, Hipka also must take part in the middle of the priority of building a national economy that is currently behind compared to South Korea and China.

"For that, Hipka must change the mindset and become more innovative and combine business with information technology," said Soetrisno Bachir in Jakarta, Thursday (21/09/2017).

Meanwhile, Chairman of Hipka, Tubagus Fachri revealed, it has designed a program to improve adaptation in the era of digitalization today. Today, Hipka members range from 7,000 to 8,000 spread across Indonesia.

"It is to create new entrepreneurs and encourage the growth of national economy," he said.

On the other hand, Chairman of the Steering Committee of Hipka National work meeting (Rakernas), Kamrussamad said, Hipka hopes Indonesia has at least 2 percent of business people from the total population. It is so that they can contribute to the economic power needed by the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia.

"Rakernas is also expected to encourage HIPKA entrepreneurs are able to adapt their business with technological advances in the current era of digitalization," said Kamrussamad.
