President Director of PT Garam, Dolly Pulungan Appointed as President Director of PTPN VII

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - President Director of PT Garam (Persero), Dolly Pulungan was appointed President Director of PTPN VII replacing Andi Wibisono.

Along with Dolly's placement decision in the new position, Muhammad Hanugroho who previously served as Director of Commercial PTPN X, was appointed Director of Commercial PTPN VII, replacing Ganefi.

The handover of the post was attended by the President Director of Holding Perkebunan Nusantara PTPN III (Persero) Dasuki Amsir, along with the President Commissioner of Holding Perkebunan Nusantara PTPN III (Persero) and PTPN VII as well as the Board of Commissioners of PTPN VII and the Board of Directors of PTPN III NPP (Persero) Holding Perkebunan Nusantara.

"This change is in line with the company's transformation program which is committed to continue the transformation program in the field of HR whose objective is to improve business performance," said Dasuki Amsir, President Director of PTPN III Nusantara Holding Perkebunan (Persero) in an official statement in Jakarta on Thursday (28 / 7/2017).

Holding Perkebunan Nusantara is the parent company of PTPN I to PTPN XIV established under PP No.72 / 2014.

Ninety percent of PTPN I shares to PTPN XIV are owned by Holding Perkebunan Nusantara and the remaining 10 percent is owned by the Government.

Holding Perkebunan Nusantara has the scope of business in the form of cultivation of plants, production, trade, and business development in the field of plantation, Agro Wisata, Agro Business, Agro Industry, Agro Forestry, and other businesses with total assets until April 2017 around Rp 113 trillion.

Commodities managed on 1.18 million hectares of land are oil palm, rubber, sugar, tea, coffee, cocoa, tobacco, various timber, fruits, and various other crops.
