German tourists to Bali Rose 18.61 Percent

INDUSTRY.co.id - Denpasar - The number of foreign tourists visiting Germany reached 92,310 people during the period of January-July 2017, an increase of 14,486 people or 18.61 percent compared to the same period in 2016 which recorded 77,824 people.

"They mostly come through Ngurah Rai Airport, by boarding airplanes that fly directly from their country and 729 people through seaports by cruise ships," said Head of BPS Bali Adi Nugroho in Denpasar, Saturday (30 / / 2017)

He said Germany, which ranks as the last of the ten most tourist countries to Bali, is only able to contribute 2.71 percent of the total tourists to the Island of God as much as 3.40 million people during the first seven months of 2017.

The international community's visit increased by 647,496 people or 23.50 percent compared to the period of January-July 2016 which only recorded 2.75 million people.

Germany one of the countries in the European region has increased significantly compared to nine other countries.

Adi Nugroho, as quoted by Antara, explained that of the ten countries supplying the most tourists to Bali, eight of them have increased quite encouraging and two countries namely Malaysia fell 5.44 percent and Australia 0.88 percent.

Eight other countries whose society increased to Bali besides Germany also China 57.63 percent, India 44.26 percent, Britain 15.01 percent, Japan 7.02 percent, United States 19.40 percent, South Korea 24.64 percent and France 5.93 percent.
